The Kids Jiu-Jitsu program emphasizes safety and fun above all else. Throughout classes students in the kids program will learn proper technique in jiu-jitsu incorporated in to fun games and fitness drills. The goal here is to develop an interest in Jiu-Jitsu and a fit active lifestyle along with the self respect and discipline needed to succeed in Jiu-Jitsu and life.
Teen Jiu-Jitsu
The Teen Jiu-jitsu program focuses on developing technique and fitness in a hard working team environment where everyone has the chance to strive towards personal goals. Whether you’re interested in competition, self defense, or recreational fitness. This class will give you what you’re looking for and more.
Teen MMA
The teen MMA program is a class for those who idolize the fitness and abilities of the world top MMA athletes. If you’ve ever wanted to see what it takes to be as fit as top UFC competitors or maybe have aspiration of one day competing yourself, then this is the class for you. The techniques you will learn will compliment those of other classes and help you integrate all your skills to become a more complete mixed martial artists.
Adult beginner Jiu-Jitsu
Never trained in martial arts or grappling before? Or maybe just a bit rusty?
Well this is the class for you, the main goal here is to learn the basic techniques, terms and drills you would see in a regular class. From learning how to properly fall, to tying a belt. This class will give you all the basic tools you need to begin training in Jiu-jitsu.
Adult intermediate / Advanced Jiu-jitsu
This class is for those with6 months to 60 years experience. You should understand the basic techniques and be able to train safely with practitioners of various levels and quickly pick up on drills and techniques shown in class. You don’t have to be a pro, but a certain level of comfort with the basics is necessary.

Adult All levels Jiu-Jitsu
This is a great class for anyone, the beginners get a chance to learn from the more advanced students and in doing so the advanced students get a chance to work on their instructional skills. This will be a more technical class where basic techniques will be shown for the benefit of the beginners from which more advanced techniques will be built on for the more advanced student. This is also where the instructor will observe the beginners to see if they are ready to move on the intermediate class.
Adult MMA
This class will focus on building the conditioning and technique necessary for mma competition. So if you’ve wanted to train like the pros and haul on the gloves, this is for you!!!
Sound interesting but don’t want to spar? No worries, nobody has to spar, but you can still reap the fitness benefits of the training while building on and integrating your techniques from the other classes.
Women’s Jiu-jitsu / Self defense
This is a class for women only where you can learn the techniques of Jiu-Jitsu and self defense in a safe and comfortable environment.The techniques and drills will be the same as the coed class, don’t worry, this is not a watered down version of Jiu-jitsu. This is the real thing with the only difference being that all your fellow students will be women.
Women’s only MMA conditioning
This is an intense conditioning class that will build strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and cardio like nothing else. If you’ve ever heard the term mean lean fighting machine and liked the sound of it, this is where you should be. This class will be full of effective strength and conditioningdrills that will raise your fitness to new levels. If you’ve ever marveled at the fitness of a professional mixed martial artist and said to yourself “I could do that”, well this is your chance to do it in a safe environment. This is a non-contact class meant to put you in the shape of a fighter without actually having to fight!!!

Masters Jiu-jitsu
Whether you’ve always wanted to try it and never had the chance or used to train before other commitments took over your time. This class is your chance to do what you always wanted, and just like everything else it’s never too late to learn. You will learn Jiu-jitsu in a relaxed social environment with fellow students of your own age who all respect that you have to work in the morning. Great way to de-stress and stay fit!!!
Private sessions
These sessions are for the student who wishes to advance at an accelerated rate. You can use this time to ask questions on technique you struggle with or wish to perfect, be put through conditioning drills and develop strategies for upcoming competitions, prepare for an upcoming grading, or to just have a sparring session with your instructor so they can help you correct your techniques. Any other use of the time maybe be requested by the student.
