We offer MMA type training but without the contact or sparring that comes with MMA. We use training programs and exercises from all the top MMA fighters and trainers and bring this to you to get in the best shape possible!

Bootcamp is 12 Classes
Mon/Wed/Fri 12-1 At Bushido MMA (Inside Global Gym on Elizabeth Ave)
Bootcamp Summary :
Phase 1 – Week 1
Fundamental conditioning- including anaerobic training, core strength, reflexes, and stretching
Phase 2 – Week 2
Agility and Explosiveness- includes movement drills, increasing reaction time, and coordination
Phase 3 -Week 3
Strength and Recovery – including exercises designed to strengthen the body in a sport specific manner, also increasing recovery time through continued conditioning
Phase 4 Week 4
Tying it all together- incorporating all aspects of MMA Training. Speed, Agility, Anaerobic Output, Strength.
