As the owner of both Heavyweights Fitness Products and Bushido Martial Arts, I have spent the last 15 years bodybuilding, power lifting and learning about nutrition. During this time I have competed both in Bodybuilding & Power Lifting at the local level. I also have previous experience in competitive Tae Kwon Do & many other sports.

I have helped many local competitors in bodybuilding, power lifting, and figure competitions, as well as helping individuals stay fit and healthy.

No matter what you personal ambitions are, I can help you succeed. My expertise lies in my ability to work WITH YOU to attain your goals. If you want to add lean muscle, lose that last ten pounds or improve in your sport, I am here to support and guide you on your journey towards reaching your objectives.

Sessions can be conducted at the gym of your choice, your home, or at our private Martial Arts Facility Bushido.
